Follow following steps to process unrefined bird's nest

Step 1:Soaking the product in 30 minutes (wild bird's nest) and 20 minutes (house bird's nest) till it rises
Step 2:Take out of the water and tearing it. After that pick up all impurities
Step 3:Then make them clean with the water again

To process the refined bird's nest

Step 1:Soaking the product in 5 minutes till it rises
Step 2:Take out of the water and wash again. Then it 's ready for cooking
